Small campsite in Saint-Julien-en-Quint, Drôme:

Le Moulin Du Rivet  (view detail map)

03-2023 | Le Moulin du Rivet was opened in April 1999. Since then we have been happy to welcome you to the quiet Quint Valley and the southern part of the Vercors Regional Nature Park. Our former water mill has produced wheat, rye flour and walnut oil for over 100 years. People came from far and wide on foot next to their heavily loaded donkey or horse cart to grind their grain and nuts. While the miller did his job, the guests could get a hearty meal and a place to sleep in the moulin and outbuildings. In the morning they left home with their bags of flour and barrels of nut oil. We simply continue that welcome and accommodation tradition. Good food and good sleep remain very important in our accommodation! Enjoy peace, relaxation, healthy air and outdoor activities... that should not be more! We do our best to provide our guests with a satisfying holiday.   >>

Le Moulin Du Rivet, Saint-Julien-en-Quint

This simple, small campsite hidden in the green. In the high season there is a bread service in the morning, real groceries you will have to do in Die. That should not really be a problem: it is a short drive, but the route to it is beautiful. The small river La Sûre runs right past the campsite, where children can play well. The charming owner (of Belgian descent) hikes a lot herself and will gladly steer you towards the most beautiful routes in the area.
